Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 25, 2026

1. Who we are

AuricMirror ("we", "us", "our") operates the website auric.live and the AuricMirror perception-analysis service (the "Service"). For privacy questions contact contact@auric.live.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, optional display name and referral code.
  • Content you submit: text, voice recordings, photos, links and other inputs you provide for analysis.
  • Analysis results: AI-generated scores, insights and metadata produced from your inputs.
  • Payment data: processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, device, browser, usage logs and cookies for security and analytics.

3. How we use your data

  • To deliver perception readings and store your scan history.
  • To process payments and manage credits.
  • To improve product quality, prevent abuse and ensure security.
  • To send transactional emails (account, receipts, support replies).

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private content to train third-party models.

4. AI processing

Inputs you submit for analysis are sent to AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini and OpenAI via the Lovable AI Gateway) solely to generate your reading. Providers process the data under their own privacy terms and do not retain it for training when accessed through our gateway.

5. Public scans & sharing

By default scans you create may be marked public so you can share them. You can mark any scan private before submitting. Public scans show your display name, score and result — never your email or raw input unless you choose to share it.

6. Data retention

We keep your account and scan history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@auric.live; we will delete your data within 30 days, except where law requires otherwise (e.g. tax records).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR / CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and minimal analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Service may not work.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
