Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AuricMirror (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. The Service

AuricMirror provides AI-generated perception readings of text, voice, photos and links you submit. Readings are opinions generated by an AI for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

4. Credits & payments

• The Service uses credits. 1 credit = Text/Selfie/Link reading. 3 credits = Voice/Singing reading.
• One-time credit packs do not expire. Subscription credits refresh monthly and do not roll over.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Refund policy: One-time purchases are refundable within 7 days if no credits were spent. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Used credits are non-refundable.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver the Service (run analyses, store history, render shareable cards if you mark a scan public). You are responsible for the legality of what you submit and must have the right to upload it (e.g. don't upload other people's photos without permission).

6. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Submit illegal, harassing, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes someone's rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its API.
• Resell credits or readings without written permission.
• Use the Service to deceive, manipulate or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with no refund for the remaining credits.

7. AI disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased or offensive. Do not rely on them for important decisions. We make no guarantee of accuracy and disclaim liability for actions you take based on a reading.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuricMirror is provided "AS IS" without warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing contact@auric.live. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the place of business of AuricMirror, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
